It was Clare’s desire to support individuals and organisations move into their potential that inspired the development of Clinical Psychology Australia in 2018. Clare’s diverse professional experiences have enabled her to build a unique skills set from which she draws upon in supporting the people who she works with. Clare has worked across educational, non-for-profit and corporate sectors, facilitating personal and professional growth. Clare is a published author both in Australia and the USA, in the both the popular and academic press. She is passionate about the provision of high-class learning opportunities not only for children and young people but also for those in positions of leadership. Her co- authored publication, “Teachers as Architects of Learning” represents 12 powerful constructs for learning that can be applied in any learning-focused setting. Underpinning Clare philosophy in working with people is a belief in the unique power that lies within each individual to build a ‘life worth living’. A life that exemplifies powerful and trusting relationships, a strong connection to self and community, achievement and success and, most importantly, a sense of inner peace and wellbeing. Clare is also excited about the potential of animal assisted therapies and experiences within her practice. She has worked across Australia providing quality equine-assisted leadership opportunities to global and national companies, facilitating opportunities for professional and personal growth through experiential processes.
